“Literacy Windows” was commissioned by the Times Project, co-authored with Lisa Link and students from Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild, and funded by the Heinz Endowments. Content for the 20′ x 30′ vinyl mural was based on interviews with teen and adult participants in literacy programs.
